Privacy Policy
Last updated: 4 May 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Flewidity Ltd(“we”, “us”, “our”) collects and uses personal data in connection with the website at revtech.flewidity.com(the “Site”). It is written to meet our obligations under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), the Data Protection Act 2018, and the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR).
1. Who we are
We are Flewidity Ltd, a company registered in England & Wales under company number 16615633, with its registered office at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom. We are the data controller for personal data collected through the Site.
For any questions about this policy or about how we handle your personal data, please contact us at adam@flewidity.com.
2. What data we collect and why
2.1 Information you submit through the contact form
When you complete the contact form on the Site, we collect the information you provide:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your company name (optional)
- The contents of your message
We use this information solely to read and respond to your enquiry. The legal basis is our legitimate interest (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(f)) in responding to people who contact us about our services. If your enquiry leads to an engagement, we may also rely on the necessity of processing for the performance of a contract or to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b)).
2.2 Technical and analytics information
We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand how visitors use the Site in aggregate. Vercel Analytics is configured to be cookieless and does not store identifiers in your browser. It collects pseudonymous information such as the page visited, referrer, approximate location derived from IP address (which is not retained), browser, and device type. We cannot identify individual visitors from this data. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in measuring the performance and reach of the Site.
2.3 Server logs
Our hosting provider (Vercel Inc.) generates standard server logs that may include IP addresses and request metadata. These are retained by Vercel for security and operational purposes in line with their own data processing terms.
3. Cookies and similar technologies
The Site does not set any tracking, advertising, or analytics cookies, and does not use localStorage or similar technologies for tracking. Web fonts are self-hosted from our own servers, so loading the Site does not result in third-party requests to font providers.
Because we do not store information on your device beyond what is strictly necessary to deliver the Site, no cookie consent banner is required. If we add functionality in future that does require cookies (for example, a booking widget or marketing pixel), we will update this policy and ask for your consent before any non-essential cookies are set.
4. Who we share your data with
We do not sell your personal data and we do not share it for advertising purposes. We share limited personal data with the following service providers, who act as processors on our behalf:
- Resend (Resend Labs, Inc., United States)— transactional email delivery for the contact form. Contents of your enquiry pass through Resend so that we can receive it by email.
- Vercel Inc. (United States)— website hosting and analytics.
- Email and productivity tools— once your enquiry reaches us by email, it is stored and processed in our standard business email and document tools.
We may also disclose personal data where we are required to by law or where it is necessary to protect our legal rights.
5. International transfers
Resend and Vercel are based in the United States. Where personal data is transferred outside the United Kingdom, we rely on the UK’s International Data Transfer Addendum to the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses (or an equivalent transfer mechanism) as set out in those providers’ data processing agreements.
6. How long we keep your data
We retain enquiry correspondence for up to 24 monthsfrom the date of last contact, after which it is deleted unless we are legally required to keep it for longer or unless our continuing relationship with you means a longer retention period applies. Server logs and analytics data are retained according to the providers’ standard retention periods.
7. Your rights
Under UK data protection law, you have the right to:
- Request access to the personal data we hold about you;
- Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data;
- Request deletion of your data where there is no good reason for us to continue processing it;
- Object to processing where we are relying on a legitimate interest;
- Request that we restrict processing of your data;
- Request the transfer of your data to you or to another controller, where applicable;
- Withdraw any consent you have previously given.
To exercise any of these rights, please email adam@flewidity.com. We will respond within one month.
If you are not satisfied with how we have handled your data, you have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk. We would, however, appreciate the chance to address your concerns first.
8. Security
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including TLS encryption in transit, access controls on the systems that hold enquiry data, and reputable third-party providers for hosting and email delivery. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to reduce the risk of loss or unauthorised access.
9. Children
The Site is intended for business audiences and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent version. Material changes will be highlighted on the Site.
